Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy: Order processing times are 5-10 business days but often shipped out much sooner depending on the product(see estimated times below). Shipping is charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from. Processing times vary depending on the product purchased.

Original artworks:

  • All artwork is wrapped in glassine paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box or flat mailer.

  • Most artwork will ship via USPS or UPS and most packages arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from time of shipping (includes tracking & insurance). International shipments will be sent via USPS or other carrier. International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.

  • Original art typically is processed and packaged in 3-5 business days. You will be emailed once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Prints:

  • All prints are handled with care and are wrapped or rolled in archival quality paper or plastic prior to packaging.
  • Prints are made to order, so please allow us 3-5 business days to print and package your print before shipping.

  • Depending on the size of the print, it will be mailed in either a sturdy flat mailer or a thick tube.

  • Shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail (usually arrives within 1-3 days within the US)

International Shipping Policy: International orders are charged a $20 flat shipping fee at checkout. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. See more information on international shipping here.

Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost/misdelivered orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Also, orders will not be refunded if they are returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information, and the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs to the correct address.
