Returns and Exchanges
Original Art:Â All sales of original art are final.Â
Prints: All sales of prints are final unless the purchase meets the exchange requirements.
Exchange Requirements: A print may be exchanged for an item of equal value within 7 days of receiving, if the item is undamaged and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required for an exchange. All exchanges will be inspected upon return before the chosen exchange item will be shipped. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the returned item and the chosen item to receive as an exchange. The customer will be charged for shipping once the exchange is processed.
All Other Items:Â All sales are final unless they meet the exchange requirements because most items are made to order. Please contact us to determine if your item is eligible for exchange.Â
To inquire about an exchange, you can contact us at allieburtonart@gmail.com. If the exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at allieburtonart@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
